These
are all of the band at HMS Thunderer (Royal Naval Engineering
College Manadon) in Plymouth circa 1963-1965. The Band was formed
at that time to join one of HM Ships but due to cuts in the Royal
Navy we were sent to Plymouth to an establishment that had never
had a RM Band before. Unfortunately it only lasted a couple of
years, but as you can see by the pictures we all seemed quite
happy with our lot! |
