The
attachment is a picture of Doug Powell and myself, and my two youngsters,
who are now 44 and 43 years of age respectively.
While I saved the pic as Changi Beach, my wife tells me that it was actually
taken in Malaya, in Johore Bahru on the waterfront. I don't think I have
seen Doug since this picture was taken, although he was apparently at
the All Stars Concert this year, I am afraid I did not manage to see him.
Doug and I were in the same Squad when we joined in 1952, and I would
like to see him again sometime.
