In
my capacity as a Police Officer in Exmouth I have a lot of unpleasant
duties to perform. It came as a great shock to me when I was tasked
recently to find the family of a male found to be deceased at his home
in Plymouth.
The
reason I was so shocked was that until I started speaking to the people
at the address I was given, I was not aware that the deceased person
